Please plan to join us for Choral Evensong for the Solemnity of All Saints at 5p.m. on November 3. Our guest organist will be Simon Morley from St. John’s, and the choir will sing Charles Stanford’s Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in C, the William Smith Preces and Responses, and the anthem will be Let Us Now Praise Famous Men by Ralph Vaughan Williams. Choral Evensong is one of the quintessential services of the Anglican tradition, and it’s a wonderful way to commemorate the feast of All Saints and the faithful departed. There will be a reception in the Parish Hall following the service. Please plan to attend, and more importantly, to invite friends and neighbors!
St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church was established in Tampa in 1871. Its first service was held in the hospital building at Fort Brooke. A wooden church was erected in 1883 on the city block bounded by Marion, Twiggs, Morgan, and Madison.

The organ at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Tampa, Florida, was designed and built by C. B. Fisk, Inc., of Gloucester, Massachusetts.
